Welcome to Advanced Learning Schools!

With great pleasure, I welcome you to our vibrant and dynamic learning community here at Advanced Learning Schools (ALS). As the new Head of School, I bring with me 27 years of experience in international and IB schools across Ireland, Germany, Brazil, and Norway. This is my third headship, and I am honored to lead such a diverse and dedicated institution.

ALS is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 school, offering a continuum of International Baccalaureate (IB) programs that span the educational journey of our students. Our Primary Years Programme (PYP) lays a strong foundation of inquiry and exploration for our youngest learners. As students progress to the Middle Years Programme (MYP), they engage in a challenging curriculum that encourages critical thinking and real-world application of knowledge. Finally, our Diploma Programme (DP) prepares students for higher education and beyond, emphasizing academic excellence, research skills, and a global perspective.

Our vision at ALS is to prepare global citizens equipped to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world while honoring their cultural heritage and identity. This vision is woven into every aspect of our curriculum and school culture. We strive to offer a high-quality education in a safe and caring environment, fostering a lifelong love of learning and a strong sense of digital citizenship. Our mission is to inspire students to become creative, compassionate, and analytical thinkers.

In line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, we are dedicated to preparing our students for a dynamic and innovative future. We are inspired by the country's commitment to progress and development and aim to instill in our students the values and skills needed to contribute to this ambitious vision.

Our new campus is designed to provide a conducive and positive learning environment, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and resources. However, ultimately, it is about people and how the students are supported. At ALS, we pride ourselves on a nurturing community where students receive personalized attention and encouragement. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to the holistic development of each student, ensuring they feel valued and empowered to achieve their full potential.

Our classrooms are vibrant spaces of collaboration and innovation, empowering students to take charge of their learning journey. Alongside academic excellence, we offer a rich array of co-curricular activities, from arts and sports to technology and community service, ensuring the holistic development of our students.

We are proud to be accredited by both the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the Council of International Schools (CIS), as well as authorized by the Saudi Ministry of Education. These accreditations reflect our commitment to maintaining high educational standards and providing a globally recognized education. The rigorous CIS accreditation process, which is renewed every five years, ensures that we continuously improve and adhere to international best practices.
